1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a service with Reset My Style, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Reset My Style offers personal styling, wardrobe auditing, and closet organization services. All services are delivered in person at the client's home, unless a remote appointment is expressly agreed upon. The scope of each session is discussed and confirmed prior to the appointment.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

All appointments are confirmed by mutual agreement following an initial consultation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice of at least 48 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods, and any applicable deposits will be confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of publication.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a productive session, clients agree to:

• Provide access to the relevant spaces in their home for the duration of the appointment.
• Be present and available throughout the session, or designate a responsible adult to participate.
• Make final decisions regarding their own clothing and possessions — Reset My Style provides guidance and recommendations only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reset My Style is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from decisions made by the client during or following a session. Recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of service. The client retains full responsibility for all final decisions regarding their wardrobe and possessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Reset My Style and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
